Newly renovated and decorated, unique 800 sq. ft Cottage located in South Clermont. The Cottage includes one King Bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench and rain shower head. The kitchen comes with a full appliance configuration, and includes all necessary components to cook and serve your meals, as well as an ice-maker in the freezer. There is also a new Weber BBQ grill on the front patio, and a washer/dryer combo in the utility room. The master includes a King sized bed and includes a 50" smart TV.

“My husband and I stayed at Courtney's cottage for 5 days in February. The cottage is beautifully decorated, everything seems brand new. The cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable, including on-site laundry. The location is absolutely beautiful, quiet and very peaceful. We loved watching the big birds flying free. Courtney was very fast to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Overall, wonderful place and I would highly recommend it. Thank you again Courtney!”
