Private Events & Parties
Are you planning an event or a party and need to rent a private event space? CWC is the perfect landscape for hosting a private event full of fun and adventurous outdoor activities. We have paddleboards and kayaks available as well as Jet Ski’s and a professional wakeboard boat by Malibu Boats. Talk to our planning coordinator about scheduling to use the boat for activities like wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing and waterskiing.
We have a boat captain on site to ensure your boating adventure is fun and safe. If you don’t want to get wet, don’t worry, you can still go for a ride around the lake to see Florida’s great wildlife around the shores of Lake Sawgrass.

Private Events and Party days
With enough space for you to invite just about anybody you know and all their friends. Clermont Watersports Complex offers the grounds and facility amenities to host your beautiful wedding, corporate-event day, team-building activities, retirement party, or any other event you feel fit to be outside. Choose to have it private or just bring the party and meet other parties joining in the fun. Along with a gorgeous, peaceful backdrop of Lake Sawgrass, available for all parties and events are fishing, kayaking, boating, Jet Surfing, swimming, paddle boarding and other watersports activities.
Corporate Events
Starting to notice some droopy shoulders around the office? Sounds like a corporate outing may be in order. Corporate outings and events are a great way to facilitate bonding with your staff members, reduce employees stress, and give them the chance to get to know one another outside of the office. Open lounge chairs and picnic tables are always cleaned before the day begins. Some pop up tents are available upon request, but bringing your own with your company name is highly suggested. The CWC site is very remote around the lake but there are houses on location and outside bathrooms on property give you amenities to host a great retreat. Half day, full day, and extended weeks private events are available.

Team Building lake day!
Team Building activities like Jet Surf board racing and paddleboard tours are a great way to have your team collaborating, learning better moral, and finding out each persons quality traits. Take the boat out with one of our captains and learn to wakeboard or wakesurf together. Our staff is trained to encourage others on new skills and uplifting spirits to get the most out of your team building experience. Kayaks and canoes are available for tours as well beach activities and other open grounds activities on site are available for those who don’t want to get wet.
Weddings
The Clermont Watersports Complex offers its beautiful landscape and scenery with a 400acre lake surrounded by Florida wildlife and landscape. Beautiful and mature Life Oaks roam the land here offering shade from the Florida sun. This space is great for hosting weddings that are looking for that Natural Florida Feel which is accompanied by the most beautiful sunsets. Food must be catered but we have food grill and coolers to use (please consult the reservation staff in detail of your needs before showing up.) On site luxury AirBnB rooms are available too. Large designated parking areas are identified with signs and fences.
